Meal Service at Woodburn
FREE meals are available for ALL students enrolled at Woodburn Elementary for the 20-21 school year. You do not have to qualify for free/reduced lunch to receive food. Grab & Go meals are available every school day between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Pick-up is located near the front entrance of the school. Please call the main office at: (360) 833-5860 if you have any questions or need additional support for your family.
Bus Delivery – Starting Wednesday, September 9, 2020, we will resume our bus delivery of meals on specified routes. Routes are very similar to last year’s Grab-n-Go Meal Service. For specific locations and approximate delivery times, please see the below links.

Volunteers Needed!
Dear Woodburn Families,
Hearing Screening Volunteers Needed
December 6 | Volunteers 7:45 AM-2:00 PM
Woodburn is looking for adult volunteers to help with hearing/vision screenings. You must have valid volunteer clearance on file with the district (same as for field trips). We need 4 volunteers between 8:00 AM-2:00 PM (small breaks in-between, we may even finish earlier). Screenings will take place in the computer lab at Woodburn and instructions will be given. Volunteers should arrive at 7:45 AM for a brief training session. We’ll need help conducting the screening, watching over students while they are in line and retrieving students from classrooms. The wonderful Woodburn Giving Tree, benefiting Woodburn families, will return to the lobby on Monday, December 2, 2019!

- Select a snowflake ornament from the lobby tree and record your snowflake id number in the white Giving Tree logbook
- Purchase the requested gift item indicated on the ornament ($25.00 limit)

Proceeds benefit The C.A.R.O.L. Program, The Children’s Home Society of Washington and the American Legion.
