The link below outlines the typical bell schedules as well as the schedule students will follow during our periodic early release Wednesdays.
Bell Schedule/Early Release Schedule
Skyridge students attend a STAR (Students Arts Related) class daily which includes year-long enrollment in health/fitness and their alternate STAR class. On Sky days students attend their odd (1, 3 or 5 period) STAR class and on Hawk days they attend their even (2, 4 or 6 period) STAR class. This schedule provides an extended class period opportunity for classes which often require extra preparation and dismissal time; such as fitness, art and music.
Inclement Weather Delays
Emergency and school closure information is posted to the local media via the FlashAlert system. Click here to view current emergency information. In the event that school is closed or delayed due to inclement weather, the district’s emergency notification system will call parents at their home number around 6:00 AM to announce late start or closure information. If snow routes are in effect, the message will indicate so. Click here for the snow routes.
If no announcement is made, bus routes and pick-up times will run as usual. Parents are asked to refrain from calling the district office or schools as high call volumes can shut down the phone system.
In the event of a two-hour delay students should arrive at bus stops two hours later than they normally arrive, but please allow for delays. Classes will begin at 11 AM.
