Skyridge Warren Award Recipients

We are proud to announce our 2012-13 Warren Award Recipients!

JT Tumanuvao is our Good Will Award winner! As an 8th grade Skyridge student, his classmates view JT as a supportive role model with a sense of humor and caring heart. He consistently displays care and compassion to both staff and students in the classroom, hallways, football field, basketball court, stage, track, wrestling room and beyond. He does this without prompt or reward, rather simply from the goodness of his heart. JT is consistently very respectful and considerate to everyone.

This year the Jackson Leadership Award recipient is Trevor Hunt. Throughout his past three years as a Skyridge student, Trevor has made things happen. He has worked in key roles for Skyridge Network News (SNN) which is our daily live morning broadcast. Trevor has helped streamline technical jobs and took the lead on researching and implementing the application of an improved audio system. He created the SNN website through collaboration with the Camas School District web access and Skyridge Library Media site. Trevor is a leader who encourages and guides others as they discover confidence in their own skills. Other students respect and appreciate Trevor’s knowledge and expertise.
