This letter explains how your child(ren) can get free or reduced-price meals, as well as information on other benefits. It is sent to all households, posted on the district website and is available in all main offices during the school year.
Free and Reduced Applications
Free and Reduced Applications must be renewed every year at the beginning of the school year in all circumstances in order to insure your student’s lunch status remains the same. Please do not assume if your student qualifies for TANF, or other state programs that their status will be automatically updated.

Skyridge Middle School continues to be an environmental leader, winning a statewide award.
The school, along with others, was honored for environmental impact and energy efficiency last month. The recognition was an extension of a national competition, which named finalists from several states as Green Ribbon Schools.
State level awards were given in three categories: Environmental impact and energy efficiency, healthy school environments, and environmental and sustainability education.
