Thanks to all the voters in Camas who stepped up and voted to uphold our standards for our students, and the community in which we live. While we only needed a simple majority to win the levy elections, it warms the heart to see the overwhelming support.
Our book fair begins Friday, November 30th! Prune Hill Grand (person, parent) Breakfasts are coming up next week, too! Please join us for a visit with your Prune Hill student, breakfast, and a trip to the bookfair. You can support literacy in our schools and the grandkids always get a kick out of it, too! Prune Hill Elementary continues its tradition of honoring our veterans past, as well as current servicemen and women enlisted in our military. Wednesday, November 7 at 9:15 we will celebrate Veteran’s Day in an assembly, with family members who are serving currently, or have served our country in the past. All are welcome to attend!
Don’t forget that next Monday, November 12th there is NO SCHOOL in honor of Veteran’s Day!
Fall is in the air! Please remember there is NO SCHOOL this Friday, October 12th. This is a state inservice day for teachers.
