Liberty Middle School opened its doors for the first time in the fall of 2006 in the building previously occupied by Camas High School. One of two middle schools in the Camas School District, Liberty is home to just over 700 students.
The school day at Liberty begins at 8:00 a.m. and concludes at 2:45 p.m. Some students attend zero period and their day begins at 6:45 a.m. The building is open to students from 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. unless the student is involved in a supervised school sponsored after-school activity.
