Fall Family Movie Night Raffle Winners!

 

We had a great showing for our Fall Family Movie Night. Movie, prizes, popcorn, friends, families…what more could you ask for on a Friday night. Thank you to our PALS parents for a fun evening and event! Our next movie night will be November 7th along with our Book Fair and All School Read. We are looking forward to another awesome evening with our kids and families.

 

Lacamas Movie Night-Now Showing: “The Secret World of Arietty”

Welcome Back Lacamas Leopards! We had a fabulous Block Party and first few days back to school and are excited as we start the year together learning and growing.  This Friday is our first PALS “Movie Night.” Doors open at 5:30 and the movie starts at 6:00. We will be playing “The Secret World of Arietty” with popcorn and snacks available for only $1. This is a great opportunity to celebrate the start of our year with other families, so wear your comfy clothes, bring something to sit on and join us for an awesome movie night!

Big Learning for Little Learners

Please join us for an evening of family-focused learning activities to support early learning and school readiness skills. This program is open to young learners ages 3-6 in the Camas School District. We will focus on early literacy and math skills and provide free materials for you to take home and use to continue the learning at home. Space is limited to the first 40 families.

LACAMAS FAMILY READ / BIKE RALLY

Come join us in our celebration of our completion of our All School Read: Runaway Ralph on Thursday evening 5:30 – 7:00. The evening of fun includes: singing songs from the book around a campfire, sharing our wheels at school (students have reserved space in the gym to share their bike but as an alternative bring a picture with your bike for our Bikers Photo Board), Award winning Bike Safety Posters by our students, photo op with Ralph (bring a camera), Safety tips with professionals fitting helmets (bring your helmet), experiencing a bumpy ride just like Ralph (sponsored by Camas Bike and Sport), inventive safety “egg” helmets from room 206, free refreshments provided by PALS and the Fall Bookfair will be opened from 5:30 – 7:30 in the library.
