Jostens gave a senior presentation on January 12th going over the ordering information for graduation announcements, class rings, cap and gowns, as well as other senior items.
Jostens will be her on Thursday, January 26th, to pick up order forms and help with any questions, you might have. Ordering now guarantees the lower price, items being in stock, as well as not having to put a deposit down. Orders placed after this date might be subject to higher prices and payment in full. Order forms can be dropped off at the front desk, or you can order on-line . Online orders will require a deposit.
If purchasing a cap and gown becomes a problem for your family, please contact Kristi Thomas at 360-833-5600. Remember, no deposit is required at this time, so please get your order in.
Graduation is a tremendous accomplishment and we wish all our soon-to-be graduates great success.

June 9 Graduation Rehearsal (Mandatory) – 8:45 to 11:30 am at Hayes Freedom (changed from original scheduled time in afternoon)
Graduates School Walk – Graduates will be visiting previous elementary or middle school of their choice and walk through halls in cap/gown for younger students to see.
Senior Family Dessert Night & Slide Show – 6:30 to 7:30 pm @ Liberty Commons
June 10 Graduation Rehearsal (Mandatory) – 8:45 – 11:30 am in the Liberty Gymnasium
June 11 Graduation Ceremony – 3:00 pm – Liberty Gymnasium. Graduates need to arrive by 2:00 pm
Tickets will be required to attend graduation. Graduates will each receive ten tickets. The doors will open at 2:30 for ticket holders and, space providing, doors will open at 2:45 for non ticket holders.
FINES – Please make sure all unpaid fines have been cleared up before Graduation Day. If you owe money for items such as lost texts, athletic equipment, library books, etc., transcript and diploma will be withheld until the fines have been paid. Please check with Mrs. Thomas to confirm you have no outstanding fines.

University of Washington – Tacoma’s admission advisor, Joseph Franco, and Hayes Freedom High School counselor Ms. Ross will give a presentation about “Navigating Beyond High School.”
Learn about apprenticeships, navigating the College Bound Scholarship, FAFSA, WASFA, Washington state scholarship opportunities, get tips on how to pick out a school that is right for your student, and find out how to pay for post-secondary education.

College Fair This Week
All students: The annual College Fair will take place Wednesday, September 30th at the main Clark College campus in downtown Vancouver from 5:30-7:30.
Over 20 colleges will be there to answer any questions you have. This is a great opportunity for you explore answers to “What will I do after I graduate?”
The event is free.
