Grass Valley Editor
Thursday, August 26th
Come meet your teachers, drop off supplies, and prepare yourself for a great school year!
We are excited to have families back in the building to kick off this school year.
Please note we are still operating with our Covid Mitigation Strategies for safety.
At this time, we are requiring all participants both students and adults (regardless of vaccination status) to wear a face mask covering the nose and mouth.
We also ask if you or your child are experiencing any illness that you do not attend this event.
In addition, we are staggering the arrival of families by household last name to limit the number in our building at any one period of time.
We ask when possible to please attend at your scheduled time if that is not possible there is an alternative time slot.
Last Name Spread to Limit Group Size
4:00-4:30 pm A-G
4:30-5:00 pm H-O
5:00-5:30 pm P-Z
5:30-6:00 pm Families unable to make the above time slot

It’s time to order yearbooks!
We are now taking pre-orders and payments online for GVE yearbooks. We will have a limited supply of extra books available for purchase at the end of the year, but with the coronavirus complicating in-person exchanges, we encourage all families who would like a yearbook to order and pay online if possible. Cost is $10. Online sales close April 23.
Click the “Buy Yearbook Now” button in upper right corner.
Enter code: 096055 and log in/create an account.
If you are unable to pay now and/or use the website, please email Kristen Pauk at firstname.lastname@example.org about reserving a copy to purchase by cash or check later. The books will arrive at school in June, and we will work to develop a safe distribution plan for remote families. Look for more information on that in upcoming newsletters.
